Robotics Trainer : Baye Gaspard

COURSE OBJECTIVES: This course will provide practical hands-on activities in the subject areas of science and Math and especially in cross-disciplinary activities considered STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). This will enable individuals without any formal training in engineering and computer programming to design, build and program small-scale robots. This course will facilitate progressive approaches to instruction, such as project-based learning and problem-based learning, authentic learning and assessment, and constructive learning. This training will enable students participate in after-school activities and competitions.

PREREQUISITE: The activities and concepts are applied to students in middle school and high school level courses
